what you are doing at the moment

Actually, I don't understand what I'm doing :)

I will tell you:

I organized a meeting where the objective was to both have fun, and talk about serious issues. You know, I am trying to find a way to live in society and not require so much energy per person, or be subject to work all day. So I talk about the cooperation we can do, the non-violent methods of changing from capitalism to a better -ism and so on. We try to have a real intellectual discussion about the times and experiences we have had and how to do things better than they are being done now.

Hope to utilize the information and the relationships with others to keep information free and allow individuals to thrive.

So specifically the first meeting set the "ground rules" for future meetings. Since we will betalking about hot topics (politics, religions, and so on) I chose to begin with the idea of Nonviolent communication. We talked about a more recent application of satyagraha (as defined by Gandhi, can mean "an effort to discover, discern, obtain or apply the Truth) where Marshall Rosenberg applies the methods to communication between two opposing groups, as well as our own personal views and experiences.

Overall, the first meeting was good in that it was the first meeting. Meaning that there will be more where I believe we will discover ways to cooperate and collaborate to benefit ourselves and society much more than if we were not to have met.
