The Value of Shock
I want to take you on a trip where we will both learn, or relearn lessons. There will be interesting pictures along the way, as you can see, to reinforce where we are, or provide a catalyst for helping us chose the direction at the crossroads that we come to each moment. Here's to taking off autopilot and living the day like it is our last. Whether it is our last day is not the important thing, only that we are aware that it could be. This picture to me represents the pain that we all have inside that is rarely ever visable to ourselves or others. I guess I am learning from the physical reality that the wounds that we carry in our hearts and minds are no less damaging than the unhealing wound on a knee. But to be truly me, I won't leave you with this image because whether we believe it or not, there is energy that is constantly trying and succeeding on healing our hearts and minds just as there is physical healing forces in our bodies. If we could just keep from picking at it! I dedicate this moment to my very dear friend Eric who has the strenth and and ability to heal. (Pictured here center back)
