Still Searching? Still Steering?

Who's steering the ship? Rosenau's ideas in Turbulence in World Politics: A Theory of Change and Continuity specifically Global Governance explain that we are all involved in the future of the world. It has merit as you can see for yourself if you're interested. I've been thinking too much but still interested in searching for a way to end current wars, prevent future wars, stop pollution, end discrimination, exterminate corruption and find a nice place to go camping afterwards.
