New Castle County Is Swale But Turned The Wrong Way

New Castle Co. is swell but its swales are turned the wrong way. Flows out of a crack down town like ours sucks like a bathroom drain in the rain. Likely we all would be flush, if we can hang on that long. If too much more crap gets piled up, whether it's the landfill or the heavy pockets, no belt wearin', too big for your britches with all them bitches, on the run, with the gun cocked, against the clock, doped copped and luck broke. Delaware just wouldn't be fun.

Our ecology is at the same risk level as our economy, city government is balancing but it's a tight wire act and the fact that "the man" represents us is lost on the one who would observe. To those who call to fight, and prefer the man down, or at some point utter the words "down with the man" best realize that YoU are being called to action, and it is time to stand up. That means YoU.
